Defeated Ms. Chif & Allison Danger in a three way match to win the title.  On 6/11/05 Mickie Knuckles defeated Ms. Chif & Allison Danger in a three way match in Philadelphia, PA to win the title.  However upon returning to the Midwest Ed Chuman, NWA Midwest Promoter, said that the title match happened outside NWA Midwest territory and was not cleared with Pennsylvania NWA promoter Jim Miller.  Thus the title change was declared invalid and Ms. Chif was still the champion.  Ian Rotten, IWA Mid-South promoter, then announces that Mickie Knuckles won the match fair and square and thus is the IWA Mid-South Women's Champion.  At this point the IWA Mid-South Women's Title and the NWA Midwest Women's Titles are separate championships, and are no longer associated.
